Loftis Real Estate & Development was originally founded in 2002 by brothers Rob and Jason Loftis. Over the years both founding partners have taken selective opportunities to further their industry experience with full time positions with some of the most well regarded real estate development and construction companies in the industry. Although Jason Loftis has moved on to pursue a successful career with a premier property management company, Rob Loftis has continued with the family business. After spending the last several years with NVR/Ryan Homes as General Manager for Land Acquisitions for the Hampton Roads Market, he is now the highly experienced owner of Loftis Real Estate & Development.
Rob Loftis
Rob Loftis is a native of Richmond, VA and now resides in the Hampton Roads area. He is a graduate of the Virginia Tech School of Business and holds a MBA from the University of Richmond. With over 25 years of professional experience in the local market spanning from Richmond, VA to the Hampton Roads area, Rob Loftis has served as General Manager for NVR/Ryan Homes, Director of Development for Atack Properties, Smith Packet MedCom, and served at HHHunt as a Senior Development Manager. His experience includes working on the development teams of several of the most recognized and award winning master planned communities in the region including Wyndham, Wyndham Forest, Twin Hickory and CrossRidge.
